摘要: In2O3:Sn (Indium Tin Oxide; ITO) films were prepared from a sol solution with highly crystalline ITO nanoparticles (less than 20 nm in size 10 at.% Sn) which had been by low-pressure spray pyrolysis (LPSP) single step. The was dispersing LPSP-prepared into ultra pure water. nanoparticle film deposited on glass substrate using dip-coating method and then annealed air at various temperatures. optical transmittances of the measured UV–Vis spectrometry, found to have high transparency visible light (in case thickness 250 400°C, excess 95% over range λ=450–800 nm, maximum value near 100% wavelengths above λ=700 nm). influenced particle used, annealing temperature. showed minimum resistivity 9.5×10−2 Ω cm, their affected both temperature used.
