摘要: Mycoplasma are a successful group of pathogens because their ability to enter and colonise host, whilst, at the same time, evading bird's immune response. iowae (MI) is no exception and, while mostly being pathogen turkeys, it can be found in other domestic poultry. It has added able induce transient suppression situation, this may result low undetectable humoral response, giving capacity conceal itself from system. This makes MI both difficult diagnose control. The organism range strain dependent pathogenicities when pathogenic, primarily embryo growing poult. leads clinical presentations such as decreased hatchability (due higher than expected embryonic mortality) stunting leg abnormalities As consequence significant variation pathogenicity field isolates, isolation non-pathogenic true origin possible poult health issues. Control pathogenic commercial level through sourcing free stock maintenance appropriate biosecurity levels.
