摘要: Bioregulators are naturally occurring organic compounds that regulate a multitude of biologic processes. Under natural circumstances, bioregulators synthesized in minute quantities variety living organisms and essential for physiologic homeostasis. In the wrong hands, these have capability to be used as nontraditional threat agents covered by prohibitions Chemical Weapons Convention Biological Toxin Convention. Unlike traditional biowarfare/bioterrorism latency period hours days,the onset action may occur within minutes after host exposure. Concerns regarding potential misuse nefarious purposes relate ability induce profound effects.
