摘要: We present photosensitivity in large area physical vapour deposited mono and bi-layer MoS2 films. Photo-voltaic effect was observed single layer without any apparent rectifying junctions, making device fabrication straightforward. For bi-layers, no such present, suggesting strong size light-matter interaction. The photo-voltaic to highly direction dependent the film plane, which suggests that oblique deposition configuration plays a key role developing potential gradient. To best of our knowledge, this is first report transfer free photo with performance comparable their exfoliated counterparts.
