摘要: Publisher Summary Enzymes differ from many other natural substances in their fragile macromolecular polyvalent amphoteric nature and proteins specific topography, reflecting particular activities. Specific operating procedures followed special instances—for example, contact with oxygen air avoided some enzymic systems (hydrogenases, methane bacteria, study reduction oxidation various substrates, anaerobes anaerobic mutants, experiments involving disulphide bridges enzymes, etc.).
