摘要: With the development of new photosensitizers that have enhanced photoactivation at longer wavelengths than haematoporphyrin derivative, considerations arise in light source and delivery systems techniques for physical dosimetry vivo optical measurements photodynamic therapy. The limitations future potential solid-state laser sources are presented. relationships between photosensitizer characteristics effective treatment volume developed discussed quantitatively. problems defining measuring dose examined, factors involved this evaluated with emphasis on noninvasive approaches which may be used clinically.
