摘要: Myocardial electrolyte balance and lactate metabolism were studied in 30 patients before, during, after a period of atrial pacing utilizing continuous automated sampling technic with simultaneous electrocardiographic hemodynamic observations. Eight coronary artery disease who had no symptoms during four normal subjects demonstrated myocardial potassium loss but abnormalities metabolism, the electrocardiogram, hemodynamics pacing. was correlated increments heart rate followed by uptake post-pacing period. Eighteen developed angina associated abnormalities. This ischemic group showed significantly greater than non-ischemic group, this closely production at ratio 1 mEq being lost for each 2 millimoles produced. Increased acidity sinus blood also accompanied ischemia. No significant changes seen sodium either study.
