摘要: Replication of single-stranded RNA virus can be complicated, compared to that double-stranded virus, as it require production intermediate antigenomic strands then serve template for the genomic-sense strands. Moreover, ssRNA viruses, there is a variability molecular mechanism by which genomic replicated. A combination such mechanisms also occur: fraction produced progeny may result from stamping-machine type replication uses parental genome template, whereas others genomes. F. Mart\'inez et al. and J. Sardanyes at suggested deterministic intracellular model allows in mechanisms. To explore how stochasticity affect this principal properties, paper we consider stability stochastically perturbed within cell. Using direct Lyapunov method, found sufficient conditions probability equilibrium states model. This confirms heterogeneous stable with respect stochastic perturbations environment.
