摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a family of 19-24 nucleotide noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs) with posttranscriptional regulatory functions. Increasing evidences from the literature show that miRNAs play pivotal role in human tumorigenesis. Many studies have addressed normal hematopoiesis, giving an interpretative key to aberrancies expression observed hematological malignancies. Moreover, recent demonstration other ncRNAs, ultraconserved genes (UCGs) or transcribed regions (T-UCRs), involved cancerogenesis, suggests wider ncRNAs (including both and UCGs) could contribute development malignant phenotype. Here we review main investigating UCRs hemopoiesis malignancies, identify molecular, clinical therapeutic implications these findings.
