摘要: Background: Neuropsychological tests, CSF A42, T-tau, P-tau181, hippocampal volume, and white matter lesions have been shown to predict conversion dementia in patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Objective: To examine the predictive value of combinations these markers if absence pathological provides a lasting reduction rates. Methods: The Gothenburg MCI study is clinically based study. Seventy-three were included present sub-study followed for maximum ten years. Thirty-four converted (18 AD) 39 remained stable. Results: B (TMT-B) was best single predictor prediction (AUC 0.89, HR 25), T-tau AD 0.97, 41). combination volume TMT-B (HR 37). Conclusion: markers, predicted general dementia. provided long-time protection
