摘要: The most recent studies about mild cognitive impairment (MCI) are focused on the search for factors that make patients more vulnerable to conversion dementia, mainly Alzheimer's disease (AD). aim of this study was determine which neuropsychological test performances, including episodic memory profiles, and genetic risk (APOE e4) better predict early dementia among four MCI subtypes. Data from 550 were analyzed purpose classified according Petersen's criteria (2004), also taking into account absence (probable MCI) or presence (possible comorbidities could explain deficits. cases divided Probable amnestic (Pr-aMCI) (n = 115), probable non-amnestic (Pr-naMCI) 37), possible (Pss-aMCI) 234), (Pss-naMCI) 164), single multiple domain. In whole sample, regression analysis showed low performances Orientation, Verbal Delayed Recall Word List Learning WMS-III, Luria's Clock associated with independently APOE e4 allele. Cox proportional-hazards subtype, storage impairment, domain condition, at least one allele increased dementia. Multivariate survival Kapplan-Meier analyses Pr-aMCI had closest conclusion, subset 8.5 times converting than Pss-naMCI group, who displayed slowest rate
