Resolution of D,L-menthol by interesterification with triacetin using the free and immobilized lipase of Candida cylindracea*

摘要: Interesterification in isooctane with triacetin as an acyl donor was found to be a new and effective method of racemic resolution d,l-menthol, when using the free immobilized lipase Candida cylindracea. No water produced by this highly stereoselective type reaction contrast ester synthesis acetic acid donor. Even diacetin no possible back occurred enzyme easily separated from solution opposed hydrolysis aqueous systems. Inhibition interesterification caused increasing concentrations more than 10 mmol·l-1 on one hand, especially other hand. The product menthyl acetate had influence. By adding activity reduced significantly. An alteration longerchained triglycerides changes higher specific activities but poor enantioselectivities products, case starting longer-chained organic acids.
