摘要: ROS produced from Oxidative stress have long been recognized to be involved in carcinogenesis. p66Shc generates H2O2 by oxidizing cytochrome c, and its expression has reported elevated several tumors. However, the of gastric cancer not reported, role colorectal well elucidated. This study investigated benign, premalignant, malignant lesions. 146 tumors, 136 45 hyperplastic polyps, 33 low-grade intraepithelial neoplasias, 41 high-grade 42 21 38 30 normal tissues was measured immunohistochemistry. Most exhibited low or no (93.4 %), while most tumors moderate high (78.1 %–80.9 %). The were significantly lower than that neoplasias (p < 0.05), (p < 0.01), adenocarcinomas (p < 0.01 <0.001). No differences observed polyps compared tissues. statistically significant between patients with different disease stages, tumor grades, without lymph node metastasis cancers. In conclusion, may carcinogenesis cancers could a marker for diagnosis
