摘要: ROS produced from Oxidative stress have long been recognized to be involved in carcinogenesis. p66Shc generates H2O2 by oxidizing cytochrome c, and its expression has reported elevated several tumors. No differences observed polyps compared tissues. statistically significant between patients with different disease stages, tumor grades, without lymph node metastasis cancers.
