摘要: The secretome represents the subset of proteins that are targeted by signal peptides to endoplasmic reticulum. Among those, secreted play a pivotal role because they regulate determinant cell activities such as differentiation and intercellular communication. In calcified tissues, also represent key players in extracellular mineralization. This study was carried out establish profile rat enamel organ (EO) cells. A functional genomic technology, based on trap methodology, applied, starting with library 5'-enriched cDNA fragments prepared from incisor EOs. total 2,592 clones were analyzed means macroarray hybridizations DNA sequencing. Ninety-four unique encoding peptide retrieved. those 84 matched known genes, many not previously reported be expressed EO. Most importantly, 10 classified being novel, EO-009 identified homolog human APin protein. These data indicate membrane-embedded EO still remain identified, some which may crucial roles regulating processes create an optimal environment for formation organization apatite crystals into complex three-dimensional matrix.
