摘要: Apple juice compositions are utilized to produce a stable, uncoagulated milk-apple drink, comprising milk, apple juice, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, an aliphatic hydroxycarboxylic acid such as citric or lactic acid, with without coloring agent, fruit essence, seasonings and/or water.
