摘要: OBJECTIVE: This study tested the reliability and validity of four definitions rapid cycling. METHOD: Two trained psychiatrists, using Schedule for Affective Disorders Schizophrenia, independently assessed 210 patients with bipolar disorder. They checked whether each patient met cycling: one consistent DSM-IV criteria, waiving criteria duration affective episodes, such requiring at least switch from mania to depression or vice versa during reference year, 8 weeks fully symptomatic illness year. The interrater was calculated by Cohen’s kappa statistic.
