摘要: Genetic structure and phylogenetic relationships in East South Asian melons were analyzed, based on the geographical variation of five isozymes. The analysis Indian melon accessions showed a continuous seed length, ranging from 4 to 13 mm. Most melons, vars. makuwa conomon, classified as small type with length shorter than 9 frequency increased west east India. Allelic was detected at total nine loci isozymes among 114 accessions. Gene diversity calculated for indicated that rich genetic variation, which decreased India towards east. Clear two enzymes, APS and6-PGDH. Pgd-11 Ap-31 frequent Myanmar, while most Laos, China, Korea Japan carried Pgd-13 Ap-33, except var. inodorusin China. Among latter alleles, Ap-33 more 50% north India, indicating conomon related these areas. It also suggested wet tolerance originated central selected under condition
