摘要: Ad4BP, a zinc finger DNA-binding protein, was identified as transcription factor regulating steroidogenic P-450 genes in cAMP-dependent manner. Immunochemical and immunohistochemical studies with tissues, adrenal, ovary, testis, were performed using the antiserum to Ad4BP. Ad4BP expressed same extent three zones of adrenal cortex. Immunohistochemical examination ovarian follicle corpus luteum showed expression The granulosa thecal cells, two distinct types cells follicle, gave signals, which stronger than latter former. Immunoblot analyses mature regressed corpora lutea indicated parallel side-chain cleavage P-450, both proteins significantly decreased tissues.
