摘要: In the history of medical research, few advances have been more rapid — in all aspects than those research on atrial natriuretic factor since original observation by de Bold et al. 1981 marked natriuresis, diuresis, and vasorelaxation following i. v. administration crude extracts. The responsible for these findings has isolated sequenced, cDNA coding ANF cloned, gene localized chromosomal map. Most its biological activities determined, clearly provide a balance to reninangiotensin system. Many points remain be elucidated, such as role patients with essential hypertension congestive heart failure; participation ventricular pathological states interplay angiotensin II brain regions involved regulation sodium, water, blood pressure AV3V region subfornical organ; ciliary bodies eyes; relationship particulate guanylate cyclase stimulation adenylate inhibition vasorelaxation; neuromodulatory neural transmission; many others. Fundamental questions answered offer field innovative researches.
