Electro‐oxidation and simultaneous determination of amlodipine and atorvastatin in commercial tablets using carbon nanotube modified electrode

摘要: Amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium have been determined by the simultaneous voltammetric method at a multi-walled carbon nanotubes:graphite (MWCNTs:G) paste electrode. In comparison with glassy electrode, prepared electrode showed an increase in peak current because of high electroactive surface area excellent electronic conductivity MWCNTs. The dependence currents potentials on pH were investigated for these components MWCNTs:G Differential pulse voltammetry was applied as sensitive technique determination drugs commercial tablets. By anodic differential voltammetry, calibration plot linear range 2.5-100 μg/ml standard deviation between 2.7-7.1 1.8-8.3% amlodipine atorvastatin, respectively. detection limit 1 buffered solution 6.
