摘要: Evaluation of the intracranial circulation provides valuable information in diagnosis and prognosis various abnormalities may influence patient management. Technical advances magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) have improved accuracy this technique clinical situations, such as aneurysms, arterial venous steno-occlusive diseases, vascular malformations, inflammatory preoperative assessment patency dural sinuses, congenital abnormalities. In many centers, MRA has replaced conventional digital subtraction screening for disease, because its non-invasive non-ionizing character. Several techniques been developed imaging system, time-of-flight (TOF MRA), phase-contrast (PC more recently contrast-enhanced (CE MRA). evaluation three-dimensional (3D) TOF-MRA is recommended evaluation, 2D TOF or PC-MRA evaluation. For aneurysms arteriovenous malformations (AVMs), we recommend 3D CE-MRA technique, especially dynamic sequences case AVM. review, technical aspects, limitations, optimization these will be discussed together with their indications disease.
