摘要: Surface mining is the most common method worldwide, and open pit accounts for more than 60% of all surface output. Haulage costs account as much total operating cost these types mines, so it desirable to maintain an efficient haulage system. As size fleet being used increases, shovel productivity increases truck decreases, effective must be chosen that will effectively utilize pieces equipment. One selection involves application queuing theory haul cycle. Queuing was developed model systems provide service randomly arising demands predict behavior such systems. A system one in which customers arrive service, wait if not immediately available, move on next server or exit once they have been serviced. Most routes consist four main components: loading, loaded hauling, dumping, unloaded hauling return loader. These components can modeled together servers cyclic network, independently individual channels. Data from a large gold mine are analyzed applied multichannel representative loading process The outputs compared against actual data evaluate validity developed.
