摘要: Contents Uterine tissue was collected from bitches after ovariohysterectomy at different times ovulation. Samples were assigned to four groups: metestrous non-pregnant, day 10–12, n = 4; pre-implantation, n = 9; post-implantation, 18–25, n = 13; mid-gestation, 30–40, n = 7. RT-qPCR detection performed for kiss1 and the G protein-coupled receptor 54 (GPR54, specific kisspeptin). In addition, immunohistochemistry of kisspeptin-10 (KP-10), GPR54, as well pan-cytokeratin vimentin. The latter two included differentiate placental cell types. percentage positive stained cells evaluated, an immunoreactivity score (IRS) obtained by multiplying labelling intensity (0–3) with immunolabelled (range: 0–300). non-pregnant pre-implantation tissues, gene expression highly variable GPR54. Expression GPR54 higher before embryo adhesion than during post-implantation mid-gestation (p < .05), whereas there no difference found between groups kiss1. Except period, KP-10 in uterus compared all gestational periods investigated, indicating a pregnancy-related downregulation. present larger vessels only, presence samples, most period. superficial uterine glands, deep glands uterus. myocytes, highest staining seen uterus, mid-gestation. Syncytiotrophoblast both maximum latter. We conclude that are expressed canine trophoblast cells. However, pregnancy, proteins seems be differentially regulated.
