摘要: Abstract 1. A survey has been made in seventeen different human tissues on the activity of adenosine deaminase and distribution two molecular forms (A C) enzyme. 2. The enzyme isolated from several were used comparative studies some catalytic properties. results show that yield similar kinetic data terms Michaelis constant, apparent energy activation, relative substrate specificity pH effect. 3. Substrates other than studies. No distinct difference observed between forms, although differences with substrates.
