摘要: Abstract Objective Hypoxia Inducible Factor-1α (HIF-1α) is a transcriptional factor that activates multiple genes including Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) and glucose transporter-1 (GLUT-1) in response to hypoxia promotes neoangiogenesis. Methods Expression of HIF-1α VEGF, GLUT-1 were analyzed by immunohistochemistry microvessel density (MVD) was determined CD 34 immunostaining 100 endometrioid type endometrial adenocarcinoma, FIGO Stages I–IV. Results High expression HIF-1α, VEGF significantly more prevalent advanced stages than early (p  Conclusion increasingly expressed from through advance paralleled activation its downstream such as GLUT-1, increased angiogenesis. These results highlight the importance related pathways progression carcinoma.
