摘要: Hypoxia is a key regulatory factor in tumour growth, activating angiogenesis, glycolysis and cell migration. It readily recognized by the intracellular accumulation of hypoxia-inducible 1alpha (HIF1alpha) HIF2alpha. Accumulation HIF1alpha HIF2alpha was detected immunohistochemically series 46 nodular malignant melanomas skin (epithelioid variant), treated with wide local excision. The results were correlated vascular density (VD) expression angiogenesis-stimulating factors endothelial growth (VEGF) thymidine phosphorylase (TP). Further associations sought patient prognosis important histopathological features Breslow's thickness, Clark's level invasion, mitotic rate, inflammatory infiltrates ulceration. directly VEGF expression.
