摘要: Murine hematopoietic cells can be transformed in vitro by recombinant retroviruses that express the myb oncogene, and growth factor (HGF)-dependent myeloid cell lines derived from these primary cells. In this study, differentiation state responses of myb-transformed (MTHCs) have been investigated. We find MTHCs exhibit properties early progenitors including synergistic to combinations HGFs expression certain surface markers. As reported previously, respond well granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating (GM-CSF) but also interleukin-3 (IL-3); response latter depends on mouse strain which are derived. Although single factors stimulate MTHCs, with factor-1 (CSF-1 or M-CSF) Steel (SLF SCF) act synergistically promote colony formation. The markers expressed include both lineage specific antigens Gr-1, 7/4, F4/80, Mac-1, as two found stem cells--Thy-1 Sca-1 (Ly6E). Expression is often heterogeneous modulated exposed. Finally, we show monocytic induced exposure tumor necrosis (TNF alpha). Taken together, results suggest will a useful model for studying HGF/cytokine proliferation differentiation.
