摘要: Abstract BACKGROUND Increasing evidence has shown the important role of exosomes in maintenance brain function and pathogenesis disease, but little is known about their association with depression. The aim this project was to explore miRNA profile serum rats depression induced by chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS). METHODS A rat model replicated via CUMS. Behavioral performance observed, were isolated identified. protein expression levels brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), TrkB, synaptotagmin 1 hippocampus, prefrontal cortex (PFC), measured. GO KEGG enrichment analysis differential genes carried out using R package clusterProfiler. RESULTS CUMS showed depression-like behaviors, together decreased BDNF, PFC, exosomes. indicated that miRNAs might play an stress-induced through MAPK pathway, Wnt mTOR pathway. LIMITATIONS measured only hippocampus PFC. differentially expressed not verified animal model, which should be investigated detail future studies. CONCLUSIONS altered depression, considered a potential biomarker for early diagnosis
