摘要: Human envenoming by Lachesis muta venom, although infrequent, is rather severe, being characterized pronounced local tissue damage and systemic dysfunctions. Studies on the pharmacological actions of L. m. venom are relatively scant direct crude its purified phospholipase A(2) (PLA(2)) have not been addressed using in vitro models. In this work, we investigated cytotoxicity PLA(2) isoform LmTX-I cultured Madin-Darby canine kidney (MDCK) a skeletal muscle (C2C12) cell lines.
