摘要: In B-CLL IgVH genes mutational status is a major prognostic factor. Since sequencing of not available in most laboratories, an easily performed surrogate assay desirable. To identify the best assay, and to better discriminate subgroups we analyzed clinical biological data from 58 typical CLL cases. A higher serum thymidine kinase level (>15 U/l) proved be strong predictor status, only independent one among studied parameters. further subgroups, cluster analysis was employed on 38 cases which all were available, segregated two groups including 25 13 patients, respectively. These clusters differed by their proliferative potential appeared patients with very different course outcome. s-TK strikingly these clusters, suggesting that could used routinely at risk progression.
