摘要: Phospholipids represent a complex and structurally diverse class of molecules serving multiple critical functions within cells. In addition to as structural components membranes, phospholipids act reservoirs for the generation bioactive lipids which function in signal transduction pathways regulating cell behavior including growth, differentiation, apoptosis1. Understanding these has increased dramatically over last 10 years spite rapid interconversion extensive crosstalk among signalling pathways. Bioactive bind regulate elements pathways, eg. DAG/protein kinase C. Our studies demonstrate that phosphatidic acid binds carboxy terminus region protooncogene Raf-1 suggesting PA may influence association with membrane thus activation enzyme2. This is concordance previous have shown many same agonists stimulate PC-specific phospholipase D lead activation. Addtionally, results are agreement observation stimulates mitogenesis.
