摘要: Abstract In Xenopus oocytes, initiation of maturation is dependent on reduction cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA) activity and the synthesis mos proto-oncogene product. Mos required during meiosis I for activation both maturation-promoting factor (MPF) mitogen-activated (MAPK). Here we show that injection catalytic subunit PKA (PKAc) prevented progesterone-induced endogenous as well downstream MPF MAPK activation. However, PKAc did not prevent injected soluble product from activating MAPK. While activated Mos-PKAc coinjection, attendant blocked. Additionally, caused a potent block in electrophoretic mobility shift cdc25 associated with phosphatase This inhibition was reversed by progesterone, Mos, or MPF. We conclude acts negative regulator at several points meiotic preventing translation
