摘要: Mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) was originally identified as a serine/threonine that is activated by mitogens. Now MAPK and its activator, (MAPKK), are thought to function in wide variety of intracellular signalling pathways from yeast vertebrate. We describe here brief summary the dissection cascade possible functions, especially Xenopus oocytes embryos.
