摘要: One of the most critical events in life a cell is segregation chromosomes at meiosis and mitosis. Improper genetic material during both mitosis would be detrimental to daughter cells. Therefore, cells have evolved many controls checkpoints ensure that size met, DNA undamaged correctly replicated, centrosome spindle apparatus are intact before division occurs (Hartwell Weinert 1989; Murray 1992). A principal point for control cycle Gap2/mitosis (G2/M) transition. This chapter will concentrate on mechanisms negative growth G2/M transition multicellular eukaryotes. Also, we review how alter these differentiation development. Since genetics cell-cycle yeast been recently reviewed, studies not extensively covered; instead, referred where they best illustrate (Stewart Enoch 1996; Elledge 1996).
