摘要: 1. In the present study, we characterize time course of spinal FOS protein expression after transient noninjurious (6-min) or injurious (12-min) ischemia induced by inflation a balloon catheter placed into descending thoracic aorta. addition, this work examined effects hypothermia on either potassium-evoked depolarization (intrathecal KCl). 2. Short-lasting evoked expression. The peak was seen 2 hr reperfusion in all laminar levels lumbosacral segments. At 4 reperfusion, more selective interneurons localized central part laminae V-VII seen. 24 no significant increase detected. 3. After 12 min and reflow, nonspecific both white gray matter, predominantly nonneuronal elements. Intrathecal KCl-induced neurons dorsal horn intermediate zone. Spinal (27 degrees C) significantly suppressed 6 but not KCl-evoked depolarization. 4. Data from study show that an (but noninjurious) interval evokes glial cells reflow. lack neuronal corresponds with extensive degeneration region Noninjurious transient, typically blocking effect induction also suggests simple is key trigger induction.
