摘要: Objective: To analyze the contents of teaching plans disciplines in areas Nutrition Public Health and political educational nutrition programs Brazil.Methods: This is a qualitative, exploratory, document-based study that used technique software Alceste(r) corpus generated by analyzed documents.Results:Of 392 available 2010 Brazil, we collected 46 517 public health. The categories classified for were: expected competences; actions nutritional care; operationalization program. third category corresponded to 75.5% content given much related programs. second analysis regarding clinical assessment diet therapy throughout life; epidemiology health surveillance; education communication; professional practice culture social sciences. first this stage 34.2% one axis corpus: therefore, composes disposition elements more strongly. approached themes little treated other categories. classes established less distant association plane between elements, showing there some connection what exposed objectives, contents, process correlate food with context practice.Conclusion:The distance indicates dichotomy when describing competences, practice. coordination biological practices, inadequate.
