摘要: This article uses a socioecological analytical approach to assess the capacity of public health nutrition work force in Australia as prelude development strategy planning. It demonstrates how model can be used and inform infrastructure required for effective effort. An interpretive case study method was involving triangular analysis quantitative qualitative data from multiple sources including semistructured interviews with advanced-level practitioners, literature review, cross-sectional national survey, position description audit consensus using Delphi study. The findings this indicate that Australian force's effectively address priority issues is limited by determinants categorized relating human resource infrastructure, organizational policy environments, intelligence access use, practice improvement learning systems, preparation. supports an intelligence-based focus effort conceptual framework assessment potential applications other countries.
