摘要: Abstract A quantitative analysis of lithium in Al-Li alloys has been carried out by ionization energy loss spectroscopy. It found that the power law I = E−R gives best fit to background immediately preceding Li-K edge, and optimum value spectrometer acceptance semi-angle β is about 2 mrad. The Al:Li ratio on δ′ (Al3Li) phase was determined be 3·60±0·64. spread experimental data can accounted for errors introduced background-subtraction procedure, uncertainties cross-section values. minimum detectable mass fraction Li Al estimated approximately 10·3 at.% (2·7wt.%).
