摘要: Helper T (Th2) cells type 2 have a central role in host protective responses to gastrointestinal nematode parasite, Trichinella spiralis infection, but the actual effector mechanisms involved parasite expulsion are still uncertain. Recent evidences suggest that mast cell recruitment and activation may associate with elimination from intestines mice. On other hand, IgE production induce defensive primary infection helminth rats. The differences of same experimental infections might disturb our understanding infection. In order redefine these differences, we investigated detail relationship between intestinal immune worm following T. among several rat strains including mutants. As result, there were significant correlations hyperplasia addition serum level. Moreover, cell-deficient dysfunction rats showed delayed their gut. Therefore, present study suggests should also be one prominent as well
