摘要: The reactions of a territorial male lizard (Anolis aeneus) to an intruder were filmed and analyzed. Five displays given the intruder: Fanbob, Multibob, Jerkbob, Gorged-throat Fan. Fanbob consists species-specific signature bob dewlap extension is normal display as challenge intruders. another pattern, occurs when degree anxiety present. It closely resembles Courtship Bob, so in effect giving appeasement while courting female.
