摘要: Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) is a gastric human pathogen associated with acute and chronic gastritis, 70% of all ulcers, 85% duodenal both forms stomach cancer, mucosal-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma adenocarcinoma. Recently, attention has focused on possible relationship between presence certain virulence factor H. pylori-associated diseases. Some contradictory data this bacterium related disorders been observed since not the colonized individuals develop to severe disease. The reported diseases plausibility specific factors became an interesting story about organism. Although number putative have identified including cytotoxin-associated gene (cagA) vacA, there are conflicting their actual participation as risk for pylori-related Duodenal ulcer promoting (dupA) that highly development reduced cancer. prevalence dupA in strains isolated from western countries relatively higher than Asian countries. Current confusing epidemiological reports will continue unless future sophisticated molecular studies provide functional complete cluster infected individuals. This paper elucidates available knowledge concerning role after decade its discovery.
