摘要: We investigate the electron transport through a mesoscopic ring side-coupled with quantum dot(QD) in presence of Rashba spin-orbit(SO) interaction. It is shown that both Fano resonance and spin interference effects play important roles properties. As QD level around Fermi energy, total conductance shows typical line shape. By applying an electrical gate voltage to QD, transmission system can be strongly modulated. threading magnetic flux, time-reversal symmetry broken, polarized current obtained even though incident unpolarized.
