摘要: Arabidopsis thaliana is a model plant used in analysis of different aspects growth and development. Under suitable conditions, secondary takes place the hypocotyl plants, finding which helps understanding many xylogenesis. However, not all developmental processes tissue can be studied here, as no rays intrusive have been detected hypocotyl. results presented here concerning inflorescence stems shows that both cambial cells detected, that, interfascicular regions, storied cambium developed.
