摘要: Alpha B-crystallin, a major protein of the vertebrate lens, is found in central nervous system (CNS) and component Rosenthal fibers (RF), intracytoplasmic inclusions within astrocytes. Its level expression normal CNS low appears to be confined glial cells, both astrocytes oligodendrocytes. A number human brains displaying variety pathologic changes were examined by immunohistochemistry with an anti-alpha B-crystallin antiserum increased immunoreactivity was oligodendrocytes without formation RFs. Furthermore, some neurons neurodegenerative disorders also immunolabeled antiserum. Thus, accumulation alpha part repertoire reactive processes cells conditions.
