摘要: Since the first identification of Scribble polarity module proteins as a new class tumour suppressors that regulate both cell and proliferation, an increasing amount evidence has uncovered broader role for Scribble, Dlg Lgl in control fundamental cellular functions their signalling pathways. Here, we review these findings well discuss more specifically PCP signalling.
