摘要: The Scribble cell polarity module, comprising Scribbled (Scrib), Discs-large (Dlg) and Lethal-2-giant larvae (Lgl), has a tumor suppressive role in mammalian epithelial cancers. module proteins play key functions the establishment maintenance of different modes polarity, as well control tissue growth, differentiation directed migration, therefore are major regulators development homeostasis. Whilst molecular details known regarding roles regulation, their precise mode action regulation other cellular processes remains enigmatic. An accumulating body evidence indicates that scaffolding various signaling pathways, which linked to migration. Multiple Scrib, Dlg Lgl interacting have been discovered, involved diverse processes, however many function signaling. Herein, we review components protein interactomes, focus on mechanism by they regulate pathways metazoans, how disruption leads cancer.
