摘要: A mechano-electrochemical theory for charged hydrated soft tissues with multi-electrolytes was developed based on the continuum mixture theory. The momentum equations water and ions were derived in terms of a mechanochemical force (gradient chemical potential), electrochemical forces Nernst potentials) an electrical potential). shown to be consistent all existing specialized theories. Using this theory, some mechano-electrokinetic properties isotropic studied. well-known Hodgkin–Huxley equation resting cell membrane potential phenomenon electro-osmotic flow investigated. Analyses show that tissue fixed charge density plays important role controlling transport tissues.
