摘要: Despite knowledge-brokering being of high interest to public policy, there is a lack research integrating the knowledge stakeholders and scientists, principally because policies remain viewed as top-down controlled. To help European make positive difference society, need better engage with delivery demonstrate an impact value that it brings. The pertinent question addressed by this communication is: how can deeper more systematic engagement be enabled through activities? Enabling stakeholder participation in activities requires incentive for researchers engage, capacity operate effectively framework. Unsurprisingly, establishment communications cultures conducive shared problem solving priority, work towards governance structure helps link policy outcomes, while at same time resonating directly stakeholders. Regional Advisory Councils could strong force bringing bear on scientific issues relevant management, but their strategy mobilise skills do so are not yet ready.
