摘要: In this study, we investigated the effects of ethyl alcohol extracts Hizikia fusiforme (EHF) on correlation between tightening tight junctions (TJs) and anti-invasive activity in human gastric adenocarcinoma AGS cells. Inhibitory EHF cell proliferation, motility, invasiveness were found to be associated with increased tightness TJs, which was demonstrated by an increase transepithelial electrical resistance. Activities matrix metalloprotease (MMP)-2 -9 cells dose-dependently inhibited treatment EHF, also correlated a decrease expression their mRNA proteins; however, tissue inhibitor metalloproteinase (TIMP)-1 -2 levels increased. Additionally, immunoblotting results indicated that repressed claudin proteins (claudin-1, -3, -4), major components TJs play key roles control selectivity paracellular transport. Furthermore, decreased insulin such as growth factor-1 receptor proteins, while concurrently increasing thrombospondin- 1 E-cadherin. conclusion, these suggest may inhibit tumor motility invasion, therefore act dietary source risk cancer metastasis.
