摘要: The effects of epoxy resin formulation on tissue contrast and organelle size were evaluated by examining thin sections rat liver in the electron microscope doing a simple morphometric analysis peroxisome nuclear size. Contrast was greatest for tissues embedded Quetol Kushida least Ladd formulation. Epon 812, Epon-Araldite, Spurr formulations gave results intermediate to those formulations. Organelle smallest maximum differences approximately 15%. (for size) gross shrinkage properties blocks all same and, therefore, could not account
